ABOUT US
Mansoor Eqrar is an architect and project manager with experience across the Middle East, the U.S., and Canada. He earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Architecture from Oklahoma University, and combines design vision with hands-on construction expertise to deliver projects that are both creative and practical.
His work spans the Afghan Wireless Communication Hub in Kandahar, contributions to Oklahoma State University, and major Canadian projects including the St. Regis tower, 55 Harbour Square, 1 Adelaide Street Lobby renovation, and the Brampton Courthouse. He is the founder of Cion Design & Build, helping clients turn ideas into well-executed renovations and real estate investment projects.
Passionate about community, Mansoor is a former Rotary Club of Kabul City president and an active member of the Lions Club, continuing to give back while pursuing growth and impact through design and building.
